Commercial Real Estate Servicing Associate

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sr. Servicing Associate to perform core servicing functions for CMBS and K-Deal securitizations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform core servicing for CMBS / K-Deal securitizations, including loan activity reporting and cash flow management

Reconcile loan data and cash flows, ensuring compliance with servicing standards and timely reporting

Conduct quality reviews and oversee financial / accounting reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in master servicing, CMBS, or structured finance

Proficiency in financial reconciliation and risk management practices

Experience with financial systems (Enterprise! or similar)

Strong understanding of securitization processes and investor reporting requirements
