This role involves solving complex problems, delivering high-quality software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful and sustainable outcomes. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in setting technical direction, mentoring others, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. / ph3Responsibilities : / h3ulliDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions. / liliOwn features from ideation to deployment, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance. / liliCollaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. / liliDrive technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement. / liliContribute to architectural discussions and help shape the long-term technical strategy. / liliTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems and cloud environments. / liliMentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration. / liliContinuously improve development processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and quality. / li / ulh3Qualifications : / h3ulli3+ years of professional software development experience (backend-focused). / liliStrong proficiency in Go, with experience in one or more additional languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java. / liliSolid experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with key-value stores like Redis or DynamoDB. / liliHands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and microservices-based architectures. / liliStrong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and API development. / liliExperience with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing. / liliAbility to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. / liliPassion for problem-solving, technical excellence, and continuous learning. / liliStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed, remote-first team. / liliBonus : Exposure to frontend frameworks or full-stack development. / li / ulpAt Qube, we value innovation, collaboration, and long-term thinking.
