Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN PRN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, evalof assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Review client authorizations.
• Conduct initial health assessment and individualized plan of care during supervisory visits.
• Document symptoms and vital signs
• Supervise Personal Care Aides (PCAs).
• Maintain and update clinical record on each client
• Assist aides as necessary as they provide individual personal care services
• Develop a client task list for the aide
• Provide and document supervision and evaluation of aides
• Able to assume responsibility for in-service training for aides by individual instruction, group meetings or workshops
• Provide advice and emotional support to client and their family members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Previous experience in pediatric nursing
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
