A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer employer-sponsored retirement and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate all aspects of retirement benefit programs, including 401(k), 409(k), and defined benefit pension plans
Conduct and review nondiscrimination and compliance testing to ensure plan integrity and adherence to federal regulations
Serve as the primary contact for retirement plan inquiries, audits, and vendor communications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering retirement plans, including 401(k), 409(k), and pension programs
Strong understanding of nondiscrimination testing, plan audits, and compliance reporting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with benefits administration systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid work environment
