Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Job Title: Sr. Director of Marketing

Location-Type: Onsite - Centennial, CO

Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer

Duration: Permanent FTE

Compensation Range: $100k -$135k + Bonus

Role Overview:

We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Sr Director of Marketing to build and scale our marketing team and strategy. You'll lead all marketing initiatives from digital campaigns to brand awareness, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive franchise growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a small but expanding marketing team
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid digital campaigns, and organic brand initiatives
• Develop and manage a $2M+ ad fund budget across 100+ franchise locations
• Direct strategy for website, PPC, creative campaigns, and vendor partnerships
• Collaborate with Operations and Call Center to align on lead gen and customer acquisition goals
• Report on KPIs such as cost per estimate and cost per customer

Must-Haves:

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience
• Experience scaling early-stage/emerging brands
• Franchise or licensed business experience
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, results-driven, and highly accountable
• Desire and potential to grow into a VP/CMO role

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in home services
• Bachelor's degree (required), Master's preferred
• Strong portfolio showing marketing outcomes and strategy
• This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility
