Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and scale end-to-end hiring across the company. This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and process-driven, and who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality talent, continuously improve recruiting processes, and help shape our hiring bar as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (non-technical and/or technical as needed)
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring decisions end-to-end
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Design and continuously improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring metrics
• Use ATS and data to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and hiring quality
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights and hiring strategies
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives as the company scales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Proven sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals)
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Comfortable hiring across multiple functions and levels
• Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and execution ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics
