Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours / Week

Experience : Open to Residents, New Graduates, and Experienced Physicians

License : Ohio License (or willingness to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)

Must-Have : Clean malpractice and license record, commitment to no visa requirements (J1 or H1B)

Job Description :

• Join a collaborative and supportive medical team, with autonomy and input into schedule, volume, and practice operations.

• Provide high-quality care with strong subspecialty support in an advanced clinical setting.

• Enjoy flexible office hours, seeing an average of 20-30 patients per day.
• Conduct 1.5-2 operating room days per week, varying based on surgical volume, with procedures performed in a main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center.
• Benefit from a 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for emergency department admissions.
• Take part in a light call schedule, no more than 1 : 3, primarily involving phone consultations.
• Conduct various office procedures, including cystoscopies, vasectomies under local anesthesia, biopsies, stent removal, and injections.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including multiple da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion.
• Participate actively in the establishment of prostatectomy and cystectomy programs, supported by a network of providers.
