Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - California Hiring for the 2025-2026 school year!
Lead impactful behavioral interventions to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to enhance skill development
Provide consultation and training to educators, staff, and families
Supervise behavioral service delivery and ensure program effectiveness
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with professional standards
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB)
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience in behavioral analytic programs (preferred)
CPR & health requirements as applicable
$55+/hour DOE; Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
