Litigation Paralegal
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of America's "Most Feared Plaintiff Firms". We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support our lead litigation attorneys in securing the best possible outcomes for our clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, and subpoenas.
- Prepare and organize trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists.
- Manage case calendars and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and medical providers to gather and review records.
- Provide consistent client communication to keep them informed throughout the litigation process.
QUALIFICATIONS :
3–6 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in the personal injury fieldA paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing rules.Proficiency in case management software.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.COMPENSATION / BENEFITS :
