Your responsibilities

This position will process and categorize home appliance products returned to our regional warehouses, including inspection, recording data, and disposition as per policies.

Inspect appliances to determine if item should be categorized as A-Stock, B-Stock or scrap, using AMISCO for inventory control

Utilize SPICE to record work performed for documentation purposes

Identify correct repack material and utilize heat shrink tool to properly repack appliances

Repack items according to factory condition as needed and label items for reshipment or repair

Ensure accuracy of the returns process by diligently following processes and reporting work status daily

Wearing proper PPE, attending safety meetings and abiding by safety company policies and guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by abiding by housekeeping expectations on a daily basis

Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience

Your profile

High-School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Required

0-2 Years of Experience (Warehouse environment) Required

1 year experience in a busy warehouse environment. Technical appliance background is a plus.

Strong attention to details and organizational skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent communication, verbal and writing skills

Functional basic math skills

Lifting of more than 50 pounds (or seek assistance as necessary)

Ability to explain issues in an understandable and logical manner

Ability to make sound fact-based decisions in the companys best interest

Your pay & benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the maximum payout potential is 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
