We're seeking a passionate and playful Occupational Therapist (OT) who loves working with kids and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. If you're ready to bring creativity, compassion, and expert care to each child's journey, we'd love to meet you!

Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas
Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!)
