Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026 Duration : 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Certification & Experience Requirements Credential : Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT required ) CRT not accepted Minimum Experience : 1 year First-time travelers accepted Scheduling & Work Expectations Weekends : Every other weekend On-Call : None Floating : Yes - within the facility and scope of practice as needed Requested Time Off (RTO) Maximum : 7 days Holiday Requirements If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two Recognized Major Holidays : Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving / Black Friday Christmas Eve / Christmas Day New Year's Eve / New Year's Day Compliance & Orientation Full compliance required to start on time Failure to meet compliance deadlines will result in a 2-week start delay due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours : Determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment) Candidate Review Process Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to determine clinical fit If clinically approved and within Piedmont guidelines , the candidate will be forwarded to the Hiring Manager for final decision Clinical screens are conducted on a case-by-case basis Local Candidates Local candidates accepted at the same rate PJ -HC (3096254) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
