As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, assisting with health insurance inquiries, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and enrolling in health plans. The ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the following qualities:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliMust hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License/liliPrevious call center experience is preferred./liliProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook./liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./liliStrong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills./liliFlexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively./liliCapable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment./liliDependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliA wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds (wireless connections are not allowed)/liliTwo 21 monitors are needed./liliA hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required./liliWireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the clients Work at Home systems./liliYou must provide your own headset.
