Auto Title Clerk

Our client is looking for a Auto Title Clerk to join their team in Arlington, TX, where you’ll be a key player in ensuring a smooth and professional car-buying experience. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to finalize vehicle paperwork—including bank-financed deals, cash purchases, and out-of-state transactions. You’ll clearly explain documents, guide buyers through the process, and make sure every step is handled with accuracy and care. You’ll also prepare buyer tags, manage tax and title registration documents, and submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV via WebDealer. Requirements:

• Must have previous auto title experience
• Must have the ability to read and understand documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals
• Must have Data Entry skills
• Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is preferred

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1 day off during the week, but Saturday is mandatory)

Compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hour
