  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an SVP of Provider Solutions to lead a transformative and strategic executive role. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the integrated vision and strategic roadmap for provider solutions, with a focus on claim editing, license monitoring, provider quality analytics, and credentialing. This leadership position requires a proven track record in healthcare, with at least 10 years in leadership roles and direct experience in provider services, operations, compliance, or analytics. The SVP will be tasked with driving business integration, operations management, and client alignment, as well as fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities for the SVP of Provider Solutions include leading cross-business initiatives, establishing shared KPIs, and championing technology platforms to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of provider compliance and performance metrics, and the ability to integrate teams and systems post-M&A. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, people-focused leader with strong communication and client engagement skills at the executive level, and highly analytical, data-literate, and systems-minded. The position is pivotal in advancing the company's commitment to innovation, transparency, and measurable value for both providers and payer clients, and the SVP will be expected to serve as a thought leader on provider data, compliance, and performance.
