Location : National Headquarters, Lee's Summit, MO

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule : Tuesday- Saturday 8am-5pm CST

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Read and understand insurance property claims paperwork (Training provided)

Collaborate closely with our Production Team

Prepare final invoices for insurance companies and customers

Send mortgage checks / packets for endorsements

Make follow-up calls / emails to insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers for collections

Assist with new location setup as directed

Process forms in Laserfiche

Manage client data in ASM CRM

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Competencies :

Self-starter, independent worker, excellent multitasking

Organized, efficient, with attention to detail

Friendly personality with effective communication skills
