The Program Manager leads key programs, managing customers, contracts, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.

• Lead and manage multiple technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise information.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for all assigned projects.
• Analyze project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project management processes.
