[job_card.job_description]BS / BA in finance or accounting is required; a CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years in financial management and accounting within a manufacturing setting. Superior communication and presentation abilities. Expertise in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting; experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous. Skilled at breaking down complex business challenges and devising effective, actionable solutions. Proven capability in networking and leading organizational change initiatives. Deep knowledge of comprehensive supply chain finance and cost accounting principles. Competent in analyzing financial data and leveraging it for decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning. Highly motivated, independent, with a dedication to maintaining financial stewardship.

Duties :
- Supervise financial reporting, accounting activities, and performance evaluations for our site.
- Formulate and implement annual operating plans (AOP) and the most recent estimates (LE) to meet financial objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the team to propel and accomplish major initiatives.
- Spot potential improvements and engage with site leaders to facilitate their execution.
- Reinforce a solid framework for internal controls and compliance across all sites.
- Leverage digital tools to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making processes.
- Proactively detect, assess, and manage risks and opportunities while delivering performance insights.
