Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Software Development Engineer to join our Content Platform team, focusing on first-level support and development for incoming production software application issues related to merchandising applications. This role is pivotal in developing monitoring solutions, solving technical challenges, and enhancing our current software systems. The ideal candidate will work alongside development teams on various Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, making a direct impact on our customer experience.
