Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient history and physical examinations, to inform evidenced-based treatment plans.
- Implement management plans for acute and chronic venous and arterial conditions.
- Perform diagnostics and therapeutic procedures such as ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy and wound care associated with vascular health.
- Participate in the pre, intra, and post-operative care of vascular surgery patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless integrative care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical procedures, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain diligent documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and patient outcomes in adherence to healthcare regulations and clinic standards.
- Conduct ongoing follow-up visits to assess patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in vascular medicine through continuous education and professional development activities.
Requirements
Current valid Nurse Practitioner license to practice in the state of ArizonaDemonstrated proficiency in clinical skills and a thorough understanding of vascular conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex conditions and treatments to patients and collaborating effectively with all healthcare team members.Capability to perform under pressure in both clinical and surgical environments.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
