The Team You Will Join

You'll be part of the Admissions team, working closely with Enrollment Advisors, school staff, and cross-functional partners to guide prospective students and families through the enrollment journey. This team is responsible for ensuring enrollment processes are welcoming, accurate, compliant, and aligned with school and state requirements.

The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and family-centered, and you'll have opportunities to build relationships, develop expertise in enrollment operations, and contribute to continuous improvement while partnering across StrongMind and our school communities.

In this role, your work will directly impact students and families by creating a smooth, supportive, and trustworthy enrollment experience from first contact through acceptance.

You'll help families navigate application requirements, timelines, and expectations with clarity and care, ensuring students are prepared to begin their learning journey. Your responsiveness, accuracy, and empathy will build confidence in StrongMind schools and support successful student starts.

A Typical Day Looks Like

While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:

• Communicate with prospective families via phone, email, and in person to guide them through enrollment steps
• Review and process enrollment applications and documentation for completeness and compliance
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Proactively follow up with families to resolve missing items or enrollment barriers
• Explain eligibility criteria, policies, deadlines, and next steps clearly and empathetically
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex enrollment situations
• Complete enrollments and support walk-in or phone-based applicants as needed

This role balances high-volume communication, detail-oriented processing, and family support and is well-suited for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Expertise Includes

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and empathy
• Customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information
• Comfort learning and using multiple systems such as CRM, SIS, and communication tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Accountability for performance goals and commitment to team success
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience in education, enrollment, admissions, or student services
• Familiarity with enrollment compliance or documentation requirements
• Experience supporting families or students in an educational setting
