PacAero Agawam is seeking an Electroplating Utility Technician (Entry Level) to support and train across multiple plating operations. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in blasting, degreasing, chem film, and other plating processes. The technician will work closely with the plating team to learn all aspects of plating while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements :

• Train and assist in all plating areas, including blasting, degreasing, chem film, and plating operations.
• Support plating team with part handling, cleaning, and inspection under supervision.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plating and chemical processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; adhere to all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Document work and production steps as required.
• Assist in minor equipment setup and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and process improvement.
• Take direction and actively participate in training to develop plating skills
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plating Supervisor

Expected Compensation : The anticipated pay range posted for this position represents PacAero (Litron, LLC)’s good-faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting and is based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, geographic market data, and current area compensation benchmarks.
