Position Overview : The Willow Lake Corporate Headquarters Receptionist / Administrative Assistant II position reports to the Willow Lake Facility Manager and is responsible for performing main lobby receptionist duties, including answering the phones, greeting guests, monitoring the campus security system, and providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team. Creating a professional and welcoming environment is important, as this person will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This person will also participate in emergency response activities for first aid, evacuations and shelter in place, address facility related issues, and assist with other site related support as requested.
