Payment Processor

Job Purpose :

Do you care about accuracy and demonstrate a strong attention to detail? The Cadence Accounts Payable team is looking for someone like you! The Payment Processor is responsible for issuing payments on approved claims to repair facilities, parts vendors, inspection companies and contract holders.

All work is time sensitive and managed through a phone queue and email. Some accounting experience is preferred; accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

• Review approved claims and match them with incoming invoices to issue payments to Repair Facilities
• Take calls from Repair Facilities concerning issues with the invoice and / or payment
• Contact repair facilities with any issues that may slow down or hinder payment
• Work as a flexible team player to meet accounting goals and objectives
• Additional job-related responsibilities as requested by management
