CNA -Wound Care Assistant

The Medical Suites at Oak Creek  has a  Great Opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic candidate  to Join our Fantastic Team!

We are growing our team and adding a CNA Wound Care Assistant to our team to assist our Wound Nurse

Resposibilities may include, but not limited to :

• Assist the SNF wound care nurse, including, but not limited to, incontinence care, preparing / positioning the patient for physician evaluation, assisting with dressing application, and full-body skin exams
• Performs purposeful rounding under direction of RN ensuring interventions are in place.
• Maintains skin integrity and ensures special patient supplies are provided.
• Practices within policies and procedures of infection prevention.

Our beautiful facility cares for both long term care, memory care and rehab patients.

PCC (Point Click Care) charting experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements :

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing

Great customer service skills

Passion to work with the aging population

Great communications skills
