ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Glendale, Arizona.

Opportunity : RN - ICU

Job Details :

  • Work with a varied schedule including weekend and holiday rotation
  • Possible float to support other units as needed
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
  • Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills for patient care
  • Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
  • Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including discharge planning
  • Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
  • Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching
  • Document all nursing activities in patient records in accordance with policy
  • Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of personnel
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Current valid RN license in state of practice required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
  • Must maintain clinical performance competencies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification preferred
