Business Analyst (Finance)

Primary Duties:

Providing Company SC Finance Program and Operational Support

Support analysis, design and review of User Stories, Change Requests

Participate in Core Systems Optimization and other Operational Reporting

dashboard design in accordance with the release process to meet project deliverables

Responsible for collection of business requirements and prices documentation with business groups

Identifying document functional and process gaps

Assessing project requirements by gaining functional application knowledge and investigating functional areas of concern

Developing impact assessment document

Creating test strategy/plan and manage QA process

Performing requirements analysis, GAP and Impact Analysis, Data Analysis, and Data Structuring

Assessing Project Adoption requirements (communication, training, and user impact analysis)

Working with Change Enablement Team to drive OA deliverable when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or a related field of study required. Master’s Degree is Preferred.

Minimum 2-4 years related experience.

Detail orientated with excellent time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Java , Oracle, SQL or PEGA are required.

Hours:(40 hrs/week)
