Director of Claims Management

A company is looking for a Director of Default Asset Management & Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee claims filing, property preservation, conveyance, invoice management, and REO asset management operations

Develop strategies to streamline workflows in compliance with investor and regulatory requirements

Lead and mentor teams, focusing on accountability, efficiency, and compliance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, particularly in claims and property preservation

3+ years in a leadership role with experience in team building and scaling operations

Strong knowledge of investor and insurer guidelines and recovery protocols

Experience with cross-functional collaboration for process improvements

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
