Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking attentive and compassionate CNAs to join our team! CNAs are essential to delivering resident-centered care by assisting nurses and other medical staff with daily personal care and support.

Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will :

Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities

Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Turn and reposition residents who require assistance

Respond to patient calls and requests, providing comfort and care

Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors

Document care accurately using forms, logs, and reports

Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards

Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team

CNA Qualifications and Skills

Active New Jersey CNA Certification

Knowledge of nursing care and patient safety standards

Friendly and professional bedside manner

Current CPR certification

Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills

Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in patient care
