Job Description\n
As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. Your expertise in nursing principles, theories, and current methods will be essential in providing high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with patients, their families, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize care. Additionally, you will direct nursing support staff in accordance with nursing practice standards and departmental policies.
