As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. You will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming experience. Your presence and attentive customer service support a positive environment, while your agility and reliability contribute to our team's success.   • What You'll Do :
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with site-specific procedures at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor access control by verifying credentials and logging all visitors and deliveries entering the facility.
  • Observe and report any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Support emergency response efforts when appropriate, including notifying management and / or first responders as required.
  • Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering the location.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to visitor management and / or access control as directed by site-specific policies.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
