[job_card.job_description]CNC Programming : Create CNC programs for mills (vertical, horizontal and 5 axis) and lathes for new parts and improve the machining strategy for existing parts Integrate Machinery : Incorporate new machinery and equipment into the production process seamlessly. Setup & Troubleshooting : Perform hands-on setup and resolve issues with manufacturing and automation equipment. Fixture Design : Create fixtures for CNC machining and CMM inspection. Drive Improvement : Recommend and implement enhancements to manufacturing methods, equipment, and operating procedures, with a focus on CNC machining and automation. Continuous Improvement : Support team leaders and members in evaluating and implementing ongoing improvement projects. Technical Skills : Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks. Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings and schematics. Familiarity with controls, industrial robotics, conveyor systems, and PLC programming is valued. Experience : At least 3 years of manual machining experience. 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience EDM expertise (a highly valued plus) 5-axis CNC machining expertise (a plus).

About the Role
Our California Division in Huntington Beach seeks a skilled CNC Programmer / Set-Up Technician t o join our innovative Engineering team. This position plays a key role in improving existing manufacturing processes, integrating automation, and supporting daily operations through machining process development, new equipment setup and troubleshooting.
