Lead financial excellence across the Nordics – and shape the future of the Controlling function

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make a real impact? On behalf of HARIBO Nordic, we are looking for a Nordic Head of Controlling to drive financial performance, lead transformation and partner with senior leadership across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

The role

Based in Vallensbæk, you'll report to the Nordic CFO and lead a team of 5 controllers + 1 student worker, covering both commercial and production / operational controlling across 4 Nordic sales entities and the company’s Danish production site.

Your mission : Transform Controlling into a trusted strategic partner through excellence in people, systems and processes – while supporting the ambitious Nordic growth strategy.

You’ll be hands‑on in the short term, stabilising operations after recent SAP implementation and re‑establishing transparency. You’ll be strategic in the medium term, optimising workflows, strengthening Sales Controlling (Gross‑to‑Net forecasting) and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Your impact

• Act as strategic business partner to HARIBO Nordic's CCO, CFO and COO.
• Drive financial performance monitoring and commercial opportunity identification.
• Lead decision‑making on product launches, customer contracts, CAPEX and operational efficiency.
• Deliver management reporting, budgeting, KPIs and performance analytics.
• Spearhead cross‑functional projects and finance‑led change initiatives.
• Shape your own work environment by leading improvements in controlling processes, data / systems, tools and organisation.
