Overview
Weāre looking for a VP of Marketing who thrives in a startup environment and can build a go-to-market engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with B2B healthcare SaaS experience , but who also understands how to leverage D2C tactics (e.g., reaching physicians via social channels like Facebook) when needed. Youāll be responsible for driving brand positioning , market visibility , and pipeline generation - with a strong emphasis on growth strategy and execution .
Key Responsibilities :
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for new products and features
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and product teams to accelerate adoption
- Build scalable demand-generation programs that convert across multiple channels
Brand & Positioning
Own and evolve brand identity and messaging for healthcare SaaS audiencesTranslate technical capabilities into compelling narratives for clinical and executive stakeholdersDemand Marketing
Drive integrated campaigns across paid, organic, and social channelsOptimize performance marketing, landing pages, and conversion funnelsExperiment with D2C-style outreach where relevant (e.g., physician engagement via social platforms)Startup Agility

8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership roleProven experience in healthcare SaaS and go-to-market strategyAbility to balance brand-building with pipeline generationComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentExceptional communication and storytelling skillsMust be based in NYC and available for in-person collaborationBonus
