Allied Mechanical Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Installation Supervisor for HVAC / R to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to read schematics and oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage resources, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality installations.

Duties :

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC / R systems in commercial settings.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee the work of service technicians and other team members on-site.
• Conduct quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
