Your Role with the Company
As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will lead architecture and hardware design across the full development cycle. You’ll work with experts in radar, lidar, embedded computing, and analytics to build next-generation products.
• Lead project teams to achieve design, architecture, and delivery milestones.
• Develop and influence new product concepts and market-expanding technologies.
• Design low-power, high-performance edge computing platforms using ARM SoCs, cameras, networking, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Integrate radar, lidar, and cloud analytics into unified, high-value systems.
• Support Manufacturing, QC, and Customer Service during testing and production.
• Stay current on emerging digital hardware technologies.

Background Profile
• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prefer 7+ years in senior hardware architecture or embedded product development.
• Strong digital design skills and experience with rugged embedded products.
• Proven ability to design low-power, high-performance edge computing platforms with ARM SoCs and integrated digital subsystems.
• Broad understanding of product development, systems engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient CAD skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
Preferred Skills:
• Embedded firmware experience.
• Wireless technology implementation.
• Experience with low-power Linux-based embedded platforms.

Salary: $140K–$170K + 401(k) Match
