Senior AP Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive AP Specialist to join a collaborative Client Service Team supporting a portfolio of operational projects.

In this role, you'll work closely with project stakeholders, vendors (domestic and international), operations teams, and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable function for a dedicated portfolio of client projects.
• Process high-volume and complex invoices, purchase orders, and vendor transactions.
• Support international vendor operations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Handle customer billing activities, including referencing and interpreting energy contracts as needed.
• Communicate directly with operations management, vendors, and customers to gather support, resolve issues, explain processes, and ensure proper account coding.
• Complete high-volume 1099 processing.
• Assist with external audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Support ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
• Adhere to established internal controls, processes, and deadlines.
• Utilize various accounting systems, including posting journal entries, importing data, and working within ERP environments.

What We're Looking For

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
