Emergency Management Program Plan Developer
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, review, coordinate and execute the installation's Emergency Management (EM) program plan in support of DOD, Joint Service, Air Force, MAJCOM, Numbered Air Force, federal, state, and county plans in the areas of Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery.

Knowledge of wide range of health, safety, security directives, and environmental requirements as outlined in applicable safety standards, regulations, and / or technical orders; National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF) plan organization, chain of command / lines of authority, and installation response roles and responsibilities; and natural disaster response procedures, training techniques, and use of specialized EM and CBRN equipment.
Knowledge of EM, CBRN, and hazardous materials to develop, coordinate, and execute response plans and operations. Skill in analyzing situations and taking appropriate emergency action. Ability to make instant decisions and select a course of action under high stress conditions associated with emergency situations. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and present briefings, coordinate planning efforts and manage program activities.
