You will ensure that residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.\n\nAn exciting aspect of this opportunity is that, as the Administrator, you’ll focus exclusively on the health care side of operations—allowing you to dedicate your expertise and energy to supporting residents and clinical excellence.
You’ll also collaborate closely with a strong, experienced team of professionals who oversee dining services, housekeeping, building services, accounting, and human resources. Together, you’ll create a seamless, high-quality experience for both residents and team members.\n\nPay starting at $75,000 annually\n\nEducation and Experience Requirements : \n
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, psychology, gerontology or related field;\nAt least two years of healthcare management experience;\nCurrent Idaho RCF License is a necessity;\nCurrent RN or LPN license a plus, but not required;\nMust have experience as a caregiver and med tech;\nPossess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality;\nMust be willing to obtain CPR / First Aid certification.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \nOversee the management and maintenance of care for residents living within our Memory Care neighborhood;\nBe accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhood;\nAct as a liaison between residents, nurses, families, and appropriate healthcare resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident;\nOwn employee recruitment and development within the health services team;\nBe responsible for the budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the Memory Care neighborhood;\nEnsure compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies;\nFull-time on-site presence is required for this position along with being able to provide care directly to residents through clinical outbreaks of flu, norovirus and other diseases including pandemic situations;\nParticipate in a Manager on Duty weekend and holiday rotation with community leadership.\n\n The ideal candidate will : \nHave a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a senior living environment;\nEmbody Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values through leadership and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers;\nDemonstrate leadership ability and capability to work effectively with all levels of personnel;\nPossess qualities of leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience;\nAbility to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner;\nBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.\n\n\nBenefits : \nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
