Position Overview :

As a Video Editor / Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content for our social media platforms. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
• Work closely with athletes, coaches, and other team members to capture and showcase behind-the-scenes content
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns
• Stay informed on the latest video editing techniques and tools to continuously improve the quality of our content
