The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is excited to invite applications for the role of LPN Unit Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

LPN Unit Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Oversee administrative duties including completion of medical documentation, reports, assessments, and charting as required.
• Provide daily supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, including performance evaluations, mentorship, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Implement and maintain a quality assurance program within the nursing unit.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure seamless care for residents.
• Make informed independent decisions in varying circumstances.
• Interact professionally and tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing practice, medical procedures, and regulatory guidelines specific to long-term care.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
