Job Responsibilities Review client files for accuracy and completeness Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status Work with assigned Case Managers through case buildup process Assists with the preparation, filing, and service of filings, and pleadings Prepare and respond to discovery Review and analyze medical records to identify qualifying injuries Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines Requirements : Required Skills : Case management experience and skills Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and urgency of deadlines Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Multitasking Project management Articulate team player with excellent listening skills Critical thinking Client focus Interpersonal relations Analytical problem-solving Discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality Education and Experience Requirements : Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and / or work experience Past work experience and training under the supervision of a licensed attorney Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat Rueb Stoller Daniel, LLP conducts E-Verify and Background Checks for all new hires as part of the onboarding process.
