Competitive Compensation : Annual total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $120,000, with potential for more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.

Your compensation package includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and opportunities for long-term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses : Bonuses are uncapped, starting with just 26 hours of treatment delivery weekly, ensuring you are rewarded promptly for your contributions.

Mentorship Bonuses : Provide supervision to RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn additional compensation for your guidance and impact!
