Salary and Benefits

• Base salary range : $230,000 $290,000 (negotiable for strong candidates)
• Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
• 25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday
• 5 CME Days + $3,000 annual allowance
• Health Insurance 90% employer-paid (free if working 48+ hours per pay period)
