Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a work queue and multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for consistent claims practices and resolution
Make complex claim-payment decisions based on knowledge and policy provisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 2 years' experience in professional customer service, preferably in a medical or financial setting
High School diploma or military experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret contract language
Ability to complete virtual classroom training and maintain a distraction-free home office setup
