Travel Home Health LPN - $1,800 Weekly Compensation

Assured Nursing is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Northampton, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : LPN / LVN Start Date : 12 / 07 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 9 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Monday Friday 8am -4 : 30 pm with weekend rotation of 1 / 4 weekend requirement. The LPN position provides 6 patient visits per day and works within teams of RNs, PT, OTs, HHAs. This position requires home care experience. Under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, responsible for performing skilled nursing functions in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and acceptable standards of practice, federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of his / her professional license.
