What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity. Screen individuals and / or items entering and exiting designated areas to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized entry. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter breaches and maintain order within the logistics and distribution environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing screening duties. Complete detailed reports and documentation related to screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
