Procurement Manager

Head of Procurement – Beverly Hills, CA

• Oversee all sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for materials and products used in unit turns, renovations, and property upgrades.
• Ensure quality, cost control, and timely project execution across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers and vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
• Work closely with construction, asset management, and property management teams to forecast purchasing needs.
• Establish and maintain procurement systems and tools to manage ordering, inventory, and fulfillment tracking.
• 7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily renovation or construction materials and standards.
• Proven track record of vendor negotiation, cost management, and contract administration.
• Ability to create standardized spec sheets and procurement protocols across a distributed property base.
• Proficient in procurement software or ERP systems; Excel expertise required.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
