Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare payor and provider organizations
Support the onboarding process for new clients and drive product adoption
Monitor client performance metrics and assist in issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in the healthcare payor or technology industry
Strong understanding of the healthcare payor landscape
Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and ability to learn new tools quickly
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
