A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Talent Management Systems (Entry Level) - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and define current and future business processes for clients
Analyze and document design specifications and implement application designs
Assist in user acceptance testing and provide end-user training on the solution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Ability to travel to multiple client locations and attend semi-annual firm meetings
Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule from the Bethesda, MD headquarters
Knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle applications, and HR-based software is a plus
U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available
